I do hereby apply for enrolment. If accepted, I agree to pay Tuition and Fees via the media and form that UCN stipulate. I have read and accept the terms and conditions. Upon careful review, I freely submit this application for admission to the University. I am not in violation of any of the laws of my country by applying for admission.
I am fully aware of the consequences of presenting misleading or false information. All of the information I have provided is absolutely correct and I authorize Universidad Central de Nicaragua UCN to conduct any and all information verification reviews as needed. I understand that the UCN university and its degrees are recognized in the country where the university is located, and the Azteca University is a recognized university in its country whereas the university degrees are own degrees that are legally issued by the university itself and they are not recognized by anybody responsible for education in the country of University. Therefore, knowing the degree recognition in the country in which I will use the degree and/or its title is my personal responsibility. I am fully aware that if my application is accepted, any funds paid will not be refunded due to issues beyond the control of the university. I have read and fully understand the innovative, alternative concepts of education utilized by the University. I have read carefully and hereby make application for admission to the University. I hereby certify under oath that the information provided in this application is true, accurate and complete, to the best of my knowledge and I understand that any misrepresentation or omission will void my application, result in dismissal and loss of any funds paid. The University will not refund any tuition or any fees paid in case of false or misleading information. I understand that this application and all other records gathered for my admission files are confidential and will not be disclosed to me or any other person, except at by the applicant´s written request or judicial order. The applicant is fully aware that Universidad Central de Nicaragua UCN is a recognised and fully autonomous University in Nicaragua and that UCN cannot assume any direct responsibility for the recognition of its degrees in third countries. It is the responsibility of the applicant to check the compliance with study laws of his/her country of residence. Applicants for recognised degrees of Universidad Central de Nicaragua UCN, awarded in accordance with Article 82 of the General Law of Education and Articles 7 and 9 of the Law on the Autonomy of Institutions of Higher Education, are fully aware that postgraduate university degrees are awarded by the university due to its autonomy of education programmes and are established as official Special Courses (Postgraduate), Diploma Certificated, Diploma Certificated, Master and Doctor degrees in the legal system of higher education in Nicaragua.

I do hereby apply for enrolment at Universidad Azteca, International Programs, in a university own academic degree programme. If accepted, I agree to pay Tuition and Fees via wire transfer as a single payment. I have read and understand the terms and conditions. Upon careful review, I freely submit this application for consideration. I am not in violation of any of the laws of my country.
I am fully aware of the consequences of presenting misleading or false information. All of the information I have provided is absolutely correct and I authorize Universidad Azteca International Programs to conduct any and all information verification reviews as needed. I am fully aware that if my application is accepted, any funds paid will not be refunded due to issues beyond the control of the University. With main campus and satellite campuses in Mexico, Universidad Azteca is a recognised private university, meeting the legal requirements for name and status of “Universidad” as well as counting on various degree programme accreditations (RVOE) by the federal government Secretary of Public Education (SEP). The applicant is fully aware that Universidad Azteca is a recognised University in Mexico and that Universidad Azteca cannot assume any responsibility for the recognition of its own degrees (grado propio) in third countries. It is the responsibility of the applicant to check the compliance with study laws of his/her country of residence.
I, the Applicant, understand
– that Universidad Azteca has Recognition of Official Validity (RVOE) by the Secretary of Public Education for national use;
– that Universidad Azteca can offer programmes and award degrees with RVOE and university own programs and degrees, can collaborate internationally with universities abroad, offer dual and multiple degree programmes, and may obtain international accreditation or validation instead of or in addition to RVOE for international programmes;
– that Universidad Azteca is a recognised university listed in the IAU International Handbook of Universities http://www.iau-aiu.net/content/list-heis ;
– that Universidad Central de Nicaragua UCN is validating the inter-university dual degree programmes with Universidad Azteca in collaborative provision, and is awarding the legally recognised academic degrees to graduates of the programme according to Nicaraguan laws (if applicable);
– that Universidad Azteca has obtained institutional accreditation as “Premier University” by ASIC Accreditation Service for International Colleges, a UK Border Agency recognised Accreditation Body, a member of the British Quality Foundation (BQF), sitting on the Quality Standards Group of UK NARIC, listed in the CHEA – the US Council for Higher Education Accreditation – international registry for the UK, a national UK Affiliate of ENQA, the European Network of Quality Assurance for Higher Education, which recognises ASIC as a bona fide quality assurance agency;
– that Universidad Azteca is certified by LAQI Latin American Quality Institute for the applied QMS;
– that International Programmes of the Universidad Azteca are accredited as aligned to the Qualifications and Credits Framework Levels by the Quality Assurance Commission (QAC UK), recognised as an accrediting body for the purposes of Key Information Set KIS, operated and published by the UK government “Higher Education Statistics Agency”, and registered as `Accrediting Body´ for access to the professions.
I am applying to a Universidad Azteca University Own Academic Degree Programme (grado propio) of life-long learning and specialisation according to Article 59 of the Mexican General Law of Education for studies without official recognition of validity of studies for use in Mexico by the Secretary of Public Education.
